A 5 days movement challenge where we will work consistently and with intention to create real results for you body and your mind.
You will receive a workout video direct to your inbox to complete daily – roughly taking 20 minutes – they will arrive at 6am for the early risers!
On day 3 (Wednesday 17th) you will have the option to join me live for an early session. This will be recorded for anyone who doesn’t fancy a 7.30am start!
You will receive full joining instructions on or before Saturday 13th February when bookings close.
