Why do I choose Pilates? 🤔

It connects my mind and body so I actually “feel” my body moving, lengthening, stretching and strengthening. I’m in tune, connected, focused and hyper aware.
🙋‍♀️If you struggle with injury, you need this skill!🙋‍♀️

I can do it forever and I’m future proofing my body to remain core-strong and confident
🙋‍♀️If you are teetering on the verge of menopause and noticing some pelvic changes you need this skill🙋‍♀️

It gives me clarity. Even a short class is time-out for chores, admin, stress…just STUFF! A decent Pilates class doesn’t leave you time to think of anything else.
🙋‍♀️If you struggle with anxiety or stress you need this skill🙋‍♀️

It keeps me strong and supple. Pilates creates muscles that are strong in their longest shape – meaning not just aesthetically “lean” but also incredibly functional and postural- not just strong in a squat or a bicep curl.
🙋‍♀️If you are desk based or suffer from a bad back you need this skill🙋‍♀️

But it’s definitely not for everyone.

For some of you the timing is just not right, you aren’t there yet.

For others it will never be their go-to choice of exercise.

BUT for those of us who have found it and love it, it’s a game-changer! We just KNOW! 😍
