This weeks midweek mobility session is a little different – we are focusing on stability as a route to flexibility. I’m a strong believer that to find true mobility we must first find some anchor points to create a stable base for the movement to stem from – it’s a bit like building a structure on sand or concrete!

Many of you struggle with wrist pain when kneeling on all fours so we talk about some options, both practical and physiological, for alleviating that.
