This is a great exercise if
– You are struggling with a light lower back
– You are computer based and need to open out your chest
– You are looking for a gentle but progressive way to introduce some core engagement to your routine
1- Ensure your shoulders don’t leave the floor – prioritise this and move the hips as much as you can, the upper body stability is important to open the chest and create true rotation through the spine
2- Keep your knees together, don’t let the legs slide along one another. This will ensure the pelvis is truly moving, allowing the spine to rotate.
